Description

It's not every day that we take in a guitar as special as this one. This 2006 Fender Masterbuilt Telecaster has been wonderfully preserved and cared for. It truly embodies the quality and heritage of the Custom Shop. Built by the late great John English, this all Rosewood creation pays homage to George Harrison's iconic Telecaster and is a beautiful example of John's work. You're not just getting a unique guitar, but a piece of history and a work of art. The beautifully figured Rosewood body and neck deliver rich, loud, resonant frequencies complimenting the brightness of the sweet sounding Custom Shop single coils. You will find a Maple veneer running through the center edge of this guitar, just another testament to the craftsmanship and detail English put into every build. The neck has a Medium C carve and a 7.25" radius that gives this guitar a true vintage feel. The fretwork is impeccable and they show virtually no wear. This guitar was built to be played and if the spec is good enough for George Harrison, isn't that enough?? This is an instrument that you will be able to pass down to future generations all while helping to preserve the history of Fender and John English. One of a kind, built by a legend, and ready to inspire.
